The print quality we did was excellent as we always do. We upgraded your order status to rush order and got it complete in a very short time without any additional fees too. At last, we offered you to bring back to us shirts you are not satisfied with in a brand new condition, unfortunately you did not answer to that. I ordered 40 shirts from this company for my organization at school. Shortly after placing the order I was contacted and informed that 20 of the shirts were not available and was given alternative options, including a similar style shirt that was available now. After going back and forth and discussing with my board, we decided to order the similar style shirt. After being notified they were ready for pickup, I discovered the company printed my design on two different shirts - 20 from the original order that was in stock and 20 on the 'similar style' shirt that was presently available. They never informed me that only the out of stock shirts would be replaced and I never agreed to ordering two different styled shirts. They were in the best position to clarify that only the out of stock shirts would be replaced but failed to. In order to discuss it further with the company, I left the shirts there. I was later contacted via email where CustomNow apologized for the "misunderstanding" but didn't offer to do anything to fix their mistake. I requested either a partial refund or for them to make 20 correct shirts. CustomNow then told me they only made $1.89 per shirt and asked me how much of that amount I'd like refunded back to me. From my $700 order, with half of the order being wrong, the company was offering me a refund in an amount less than $50 total. They never even answered my follow up email. The company's poor customer service and refusal to do anything to correct their error is absolutely disgusting. The cheaper prices does not make up for the blatant disregard they give their customers. To anyone considering ordering from here, don't. You might as well pay more to get the product you actually order and to deal with a more professionally run business.

Excellent customer service. Theyre so helpful and the process is always smooth sailing. As far as the shirts I ordered, the vinyl design is high quality! They have been washed multiple times and it still looks as good as the day I received them. Its amazing how such quality work can be so affordable! Honestly they have the best prices around! And trust me, I did my research before choosing Custom Now! Ill definitely be back to order more soon!
