I just had a terrible phone call with Mike. He pulled up to my house and didnt want to get out of his truck to look at the project and have a face to face conversation. He is not professional, not patient, not understanding, and extremely rude. He is very hot headed and if you do not agree with everything he says he explodes. I would never recommend this person to anyone I care about. I would also never allow him to step foot anywhere near my property.

Mike's Professional Tree Services was outstanding!!! I highly recommend you call them if you need tree work or tree removal!!! They were easy to work with, professional, provided fantastic service, everyone was pleasant to work with. They were very timely with the quote and doing the service. They have great equipment (crane, bucket truck, tree grinder machine, ....) they took care of my property, and their workers are a great team that did the job very quickly and professionally, just a pleasure to work with, they were great!!! thanks, Mark S. Very poor customer service. Mike is not professional at all. Stump removal was not completed. Left big root in place of stump and now wants $150 more.
