The “appointments” they set are not real appointments. If you have an appointment set at 10 for example, you show up and it’s basically a 2-3 window where you wait and the doctor MIGHT see you. Literally had to leave before I saw my doctor cause they made me wait for an hour and a half and I had a meeting. The staff acts like your presence is an inconvenience. F-.
Called 25 times to get a response the first time, just to ask if I could get an appointment to get my prescription checked. Was told I’d receive a call back within 30 minutes, had heard nothing back over a day later. Called another 10 times just to be told they aren’t checking prescriptions for contact lenses right now. Not sure why getting this information was this difficult.
