Shrinking the customer base is obviously never the intention of any business. We have been doing our best to maintain our business through monumental challenges presented in every form you can imagine. New medical guidelines, government restrictions, staff and patient concerns to remain safe and healthy - all have forced some unwanted changes in the way we have to operate. No matter how much I want your business, or the business of any other customer I cant risk the health and safety of our team or our customers by skirting the rules just because we or you or anyone else does not like them. I have empathy for your opinion because quite honestly its a huge pain to try and work like this, but I also am disappointed that you feel its personal against you. Its truly not. If you ever want to give it another chance to get the great service you got for so many years, we would welcome it.

The lady that mans the store is doing a great job at reducing the customer base. If she can shoo flies away like customers I recommend her. I was a customer here for 10 years emphasis on WAS. There are other places to better spend money.
I apologize that our customer service was so lacking. I have counseled our only female staffer as to how to address our patients, and rest assured that this will not happen again.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lately I have been trying to balance and tighten my frames. In the past I have always left feeling humiliated or just ignored when I've come in. Today was the last straw for me. I came in and asked for my frames to be tightened and the woman employee humiliated me again by saying " I guess you would need them tightened if you were always looking at your belly button" !!! Think twice when getting your glasses or needing any service from this shop!!

Excellent, individualized service is what you will receive at Optica. When I needed new glasses I was able to find what I was looking for (very large selection of frames). When I wanted to repair an older pair of glasses to use as a spare, I once again received personal attention and care. And in my case at least, the repair turned out to be free of charge.

This shop consistently demonstrates individualized customer service and competitive prices. Call ahead to make an appointment for a Covid safe experience.
My eyeglass frame broke and it's a job that requires soldering. I went to many eyeglass shop nearby, and not one was willing to do this job. Luckily, I found Optica, and the "soldering specialist" did an exceptional repair at minimal price. Would highly recommend this place.
