As of 2/15/2022 this matter is satisfactorily resolved. We appreciate it. When working with any printer is is important to closely review all details. PrintGlobe Submitted a 3x5 file, product chosen had 3x3 print area. I used the wrong template, the company should have made a point to let me know, they did not. Unfortunately I approved it without noticing the size difference. I am a first time customer, there should have been an effort to educate me. Please go over every detail of your order, and check the fine print.

Print Globe took my order for matches and had an 8 week lead time. 8 weeks later the Rep sent an email saying a mistake was made, they would need to re submit my order and it would take another 9 weeks. No discount and no offer to swap me to a match that had a 30 day lead time for the same price. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Customer service was wonderful, friendly and prompt especially dealing with a tight deadline. Print quality was absolutely terrible. Print was too small to read and not centered. Yes I gave permission to print-but what was printed did not match the proof I signed off on. This was for a celebration of life-so needless to say we are disappointed because even if the company would make it right-we don't have enough time to get this before my fathers memorial service. Color isn't correct either but if the print would have been better-it would make up for it. :(
