I was pulling up to check out the school and meet a cousin who lived close by I was told I didnt belong and to leave had the cops called and because I dont have to explain to a rude human who accused me of committing crimes I am very pregnant I get they have a lot of drug addiction issues due to the camp by the light rail but the disrespect and the fact I was attacked by a employee was what drove me away I will never attend this program

They don't even care to give a call to let you know building is closed when in fact exam is scheduled and after taking off time from work when i arrive its closed. and when i call them they were so careless and the lady who picked the phone try to tell me pearson due should have notified you and should have known we are closed ... she says the person who can help you not working this week and call next week ? is this customer service ? I paid 330 dollar to take the exam and they just let you hang in there with no notice ? Just worst customer service!!!

it seems like a good place by how it looks on the inside and out, so I don't question its legitimacy. But the way communication is done is very iffy. It doesn't make me wonder if anything is dubious is going on, but it's very blatantly disorganized. they're not good at getting back to emails and phone calls, and I went in to talk to someone in person and even that was disorganized. the community speaks very highly of it, so I'm still going to give it a shot with the classes, but I am very skeptical of how this is going to go. Edit: they scheduled a class on veterans day causing people to miss a day into training and certifications because of that day. veterans day isn't new, and I feel it was a very negligent for them to not plan that out better. They also don't keep up with their website, flyers, and updates. This is all really poor communication, on their end. Edit 2: the facility has Wi-Fi, but it has a password and it's very weak.
