everyone was super nice, I just needed an exam because I was planning on ordering glasses online. the last man I spoke to (might have been one of the doctors?) printed out my prescription and was ringing me out gave me some attitude about ordering my glasses online. im 20 years old, and he could tell I dont have vision insurance by the $130 I was paying for an exam. what makes you think I can afford the expensive frames they have in store? he was the only negative part of my visit but I did not appreciate his judgy tone when all the women I was helped by were very supportive.

Did not have good luck with the receptionist. I had some trouble hearing her on the phone so I sounded a bit indecisive therefore she became rude.

The exam part is always professional and very easy to complete. All the staff in the front desk and in the back are friendly. The only issue I have which is part of the process as when you go to get glasses I cant remember the name but the black haired lady is always rude and not helpful when it comes to picking out glasses. I do have a very large head. So my glasses have to be ordered but I feel like she should be able to do a little bit better job show me what you have available to order. Ive been coming to you all for four years now but Im considering a change due to the fact that I cant seem to get the products that I need .
