Updated: Called and asked for customer service and was eventually sent to Lin who fixed everything and honored the certificate as no exp. Date was on it. Have been ordering from them for years online but called for the first time when a gift certificate I recieved would not work. Was told it expired and they "always expire after 30 days". I looked allover and could not see that in the email. Sent them the email of the certificate that has no expiration date any where on it along with screenshots of the certificate. As of now I have had no response from customer service and the call center refused to help. Based on other review sites I have recently looked up their customer service if pretty bad.
