Hi Rich, sorry you think it was a bad experience. We use a third-party answering service and theres only so much information they are able to give. Their job is to simply collect your information and then they indicated that we will review your information and if it seems like we may have a house available that meets your criteria in terms of bedrooms, location, and affordability, that only then will you receive a call back. We review all the information collected from you and everyone else who calls and if it looks like we might have something for you, then we call you back. If not, then we dont call you back. If we havent called you back yet, thats why. Hope that makes sense. By the way, if you had simply responded to the email you received from us then we couldve much more easily responded to you to explain this, instead of coming on here in a public manor to deal with a private issue. If you could please, sir, revise or remove your review here, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
