Workers were kind and seemed to know what they were doing for the most part. Very in to oils and homeopathic style remedies and they were applied to my pet without me being consulted. Didn't hurt them but I would have preferred being asked since I was there for shots and not that.

Dr. Carol is amazing. You will not find a veterinarian that cares more for her clients than she does. Her wealth of knowledge on diet and supplements is exemplary. When my pets have been ill, she has left no stone unturned looking for the root cause of their illness. On more than one occasion, Dr. Carol has gone above and beyond to scrutinize ultrasounds, urine tests, blood work and even called specialists on our behalf to provide a diagnosis, and recommendation for treatment. When my pup Layla got very ill a few years back, Dr. Carol followed up with us multiple times a day, which included weekends and after hour check ins. She worked with us for over a month to get Layla back on track. I have no doubt that if Layla were in anyone elses care she would not be with us today.

I am in love with my vet. Dr. Carol offers an integrated approach to my pets health and wellness. She is both a traditional vet as well as a holistic vet. There is no one else around that does what Dr. Carol offers. She takes a genuine interest in your pets health. When you come into her office, she has calming oils flowing through the air. She approaches your animal with the upmost care and love. She is not the type of vet that will run tests just to run them or sell drugs to treat your pet because she will make more money that way. We have all been to those vets. Dr Carol will try different approaches to handle what ever your dogs ailment is. Whether it is traditional medicine, or perhaps some herbs or oils or changes in the diet. I referred a friend to her that was about to undergo a lot of expense for her dog that was diagnosis with cancer. Dr Carol right away said it was not necessary to go down that route and they have treated her dog with other methods and I am thrilled to say that dog is doing fine. Dr. Carol as well as her staff are one of a kind. I travel far for our visits but she is well worth it. So if you are looking for that special veterinarian, look no furtherDr. Carol is it. Betsy F

Worst experience ever!! I am not from Ohio so I was doing my research online and with all the positive reviews I had called the office and scheduled an appointment for my Yorkie. Once arriving I was honestly about 15 minutes late being that my yorkie gets car sick very easily and I had to keep stopping. Anyway, I walk in and had a seat waiting since she was with someone at the time. (I also had my 2 yr old with me which he is a good baby) Dr. Carol come out and said with an attitude well I see that your late but if you want me to treat your dog then I need your concent by signing this paper. I walked up to the counter to fill it out and my Son was standing my me then went to sit down on a stool that was there and she said you need to get him.... I'm like are you serious!! He wasn't even doing anything... (I could see if my Son was running around and screaming for her to say something to me but he wasn't. He was just going to sit down!!) then she walked out if the room and her assistant came in and sat at the desk. As I was filing out the paper I told the lady I was going to walk outside for a moment and I would come right back in which she said ok. Just as I opened the door Carol came to me and said you can't go out there with the paper!! (With an attitude) then we exchanged a few words and told her I would NEVER be back since she was being so rude!! So this was my review and would not have even given this place 1 star but I had to rate it something in order to write this. Hope this helps someone and if you make an appointment that you don't have to go through what I did.
