I think its unfair for you to give us a review like this, first of all the dips that you feel in the floor are not from missing tiles its from the contour of the sub floor, which any floating floor will have in some areas since no sub floor is a 100% even also I sent my guys there twice to repair that one tile before the pandemic and was going to replace that tile but with the virus out there and our store closed for almost 3 months it was impossible to take care of this. I am still willing to take care of this when we are back 100%. I am not writing this reply because of your review I am writing it because I care about my business and customers. thank you.

We chose this store to purchase Pergo Extreme because Tony was kind and seemed knowledgeable. Later, I found out how little he stays on top of installations, which I now believe is outsourced, and was not pleased. We didnt know what was under the carpeting, as we havent lived in our home too long. Tony said not to worry about it until the installers took up the carpeting. Then if old flooring had to be taken up or something else done, he would talk about it with us. Well, under the carpeting was old parquet-type tiles, MANY of which were broken. The installers took up the pieces that had broken off and put down the Pergo. I asked them about those missing pieces underneath, if we wouldnt notice, and was told the flooring would settle and we wouldnt notice at all. Not true! I think they just didnt want to bother with filler or taking up the tiles. We have dips, and it is very annoying. We even have a large gap in front of a kitchen cabinet that I emailed Tony about and got no response. I hope my review is noticed and something done.

I am sorry to see this but I contacted you the next day after installation and sent an email to schedule the installer to come in and clean the stain but I had no response. please call me to schedule so we can take care of this. Thanks

I contacted them about a stain on the carpet on a fresh install. The installers finished late and I didn't review until the following day. The house is being ready to be sold so no one is in the home. All I was told was that;' "the installers don't carry anything that can stain.". I never heard back after I sent the requested pictures and then a week later, I was charged on a credit card that I had asked the installer to notate not to charge. It has been over a week and I never got any resolution. My house is going on the market now and I now have to spend money to remove a stain that was on the carpet from day 1. The other down side to this is that my card did not go through and I didn't get a call or notice asking for, what I assume will be, a full payment. NO RESOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM AS OF YET AND I'M SURE NO COMPENSATION FOR THE ISSUES I'M DEALING WITH. The plus to the whole thing is, even though the installer came an hour after the install window and still had to deal with parking issues in our community, they got the job done. Quick and efficient on a what was a very hot day. Thank you to the installers for the work done. My only question is if they saw the stain or not. If they did see the stain it would have been best to just notify the company or the customer. In general the 3 stars are for that reason alone. The initial contact, estimate and procedure was at a minimum 4.8 stars. Thanks C&F EXP. The pictures show the stain in the light and the dark, from the same angle and up close.

Used Carpet and Floor for three different flooring project that I had over the last two years and I cant say I ever thought I would be so impressed with the type of customer service and attention to detail that they offered me. Not only did carpet and floor express install within three days of the date I purchased the flooring, they were able to beat a competitors price by 20%. What are your job is a 1000 square-foot apartment or a 25,000 square-foot office building these guys will get it done.

When making a major purchase I do my research and comparison shopping. I had been shopping for carpet for a few months when I found Carpet and Floor Express on line. Their selection is awesome and customer service is exceptional! I was able to talk through my options with Hooman Ghaemi, with no pressure whatsoever. I made my selection and they were in my home measuring within 3 days; and installing within 2-3 weeks. The installers were professional, leaving the area clean with all furniture in place. I will do business with Carpet and Floor Express for my next project. Their customer service exceeded my expectations, they express deliver and their prices are competitive! I am curling my toes in my new ultra soft carpet as I type this review! :)

You wanted the carpet done quickly and it was ordered the minute you ordered it and you called a day later to change it and the carpet had shipped and I had no problem with changing it if I could, also It is clearly written in your invoice that we are not responsible for cutting doors and you can never anticipate that before you install the new carpet, I told you that we used to have someone that used to charge customers to cut the doors and I called him but he was not doing it anymore so I tried. We have been in business for over 30 years and take pride in our customer service as its stated in our many reviews. Please do yourself a favor and dont post any reviews because you just make yourself look bad. I do not appreciate you writing this for no good reason on a small job that many businesses wouldnt even take on and bad mouthing a business. thank you.

The carpet was fine (the actual workers were great), but the customer service was terrible. Tony is very unprofessional. Wouldnt let me change the order the day it was placed. They installed my carpets and left all my doors on the floor, couldnt get them back on, and wouldnt send someone to shave the doors down. Didnt tell me this would be an issue, and refused to help. We could have made an informed decision if we had known. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
