Good for printing basic documents fliers or copies but would not recommend for photo-like prints or larger projects. Resolution on the prints were good but the colors weren't very accurate. The staff was mostly nice but did not seem very knowledgeable about printing options and came off a little irritated when asked questions. It all depends on what exactly I would be needing printed if we come here again. There were not any large format machines visible in the building so they're likely outsourcing for the larger jobs they advertise online. Which a lot of shops do but worth noting.
Janalyn- Im so sorry you had that experience and you feel that way. Our large format epson printer was down and off the network at that time. We had to call in an outside technician to fix it. If you are ever willing to give us another chance, we would love to have you back. Im so sorry for the inconvenience. I know how frustrating that can be and Im sorry. Thank you. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME... I brought in a job for them. But apparently the staff was unable to operate their own equipment after waiting for 45 mins they said I could leave it there and they would take care of it, and give a discount for my trouble. So I returned 3 DAYS later to find another employee just as incapable of operating their own equipment. To say the least I was done there and to NEVER return.

I have been coming here for my printing needs for a few months now. (I don't print a ton). I love there work and they are very reasonable. I called today for someone to help me with my specific print. As I explained what I wanted, the employee was not cooperative and even laughed at me. I am not knowledgeable about prints, but an employee shouldn't laugh at you when you aren't aware. As I asked questions I felt like the employee was getting irritated with me. I am not trying to be ultra negative or point out names, but was disappointed with how they interacted with me. I probably will be going to speedy pack down the street from here on out.
