Ordered a shirt and sent artwork. Artwork was changed and sent back for me to approve. I didn't approve the changes and they made it clear that was an issue. I requested a cancellation and refund and they said they could do it a few days later. A few days later the owner called to say they would not be refunding it or giving me my shirts, and they will dispute a stopped payment. The owner was rude and condescending on the phone and hung up on me after I let her know she was being rude. Very disappointed. Spare yourself the grief and order online from ooshirts. Update: Owner called again to see which friend of mine referred me "So they could talk to them about it" and refunded me.

I've had multiple jobs done by Kenneth at DFW Designer Tees and have been pleased with everyone of them. Always on time and willing to help. He has definitely helped me out while in a pinch with a tight deadline in the past. And while sometimes mistakes can happen when translating your vision to the actual application of the print, I have never had an issue Kenneth hasn't been willing to fix. I would definitely recommend DFW Designer Tees to anyone looking for screen printed apparel.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LIED ABOUT PICKUP DATE LITERALLY THE WEEK OF OUR EVENT! ALSO MESSED UP ON PREVIOUS ORDERS THAT THEY DID NOT WANT TO CORRECT. AND THIS IS A COMPLETE SEPARATE SITUATION FROM THE ONE REVIEW BELOW!
