Hi Tina I was very concerned when I saw your comments. We always seek ways to improve, and enhance our services, and value all feedback. I have attempted to call you, and left a message to discuss, as I want to understand more about this situation. I pulled your records from our CRM, which includes e-mails, phone logs etc, and I am confused that you think we didn't want your business. Unless our system is in error, you initially called our office on 1/31/19, which led to an in-office meeting on 2/6/19. At that meeting the agent reviewed brochures and travel options, as well as additional information. From 2/7/19 to 2/17/19 approximately 10 emails were exchanged between you and our agent. Additionally there were multiple phone calls logged. On 2/20 an additional follow-up email was sent to which you replied on 2/24 apologizing "for being busy." A week later, after no communication, we touched base on 3/1/19, where you scheduled an appointment for 3/5 in our office to sit down and review all the information we had compiled, but unfortunately our system reflects you as a "no show". After reviewing this information, I'm hard pressed to understand how you feel that we didn't want your business, considering the amount of communication, time, and information provided. Again, would love to discuss this in person or over the phone at your convenience.

Didnt seem to want our buisness. Was calling and emailing to get absolutely nowhere in a month. We went else where and trio was booked before leaving office.

We booked a dream honeymoon trip to Maui, HI last September through this company and it was absolutely perfect. We were working closely with Vanessa Rodriguez (agent), of which she assisted us with flights, car rental and resort in Maui. She was amazing through the entire process all the way up to last minute changes for our itineraries. We just reached out for a possible next trip back it was such a great experience.

We have worked with Becky Donaldson for this past year booking my family travel back to Ireland. Every time, she has gone above and beyond the call of making sure they made it back. Even with my Aunt travels as well. I would not even think of booking travel international without her and all the help she has provided me and my family. 1000% recommended and do. not look elsewhere! During this difficult time she has been a life saver, especially with all the covid restrictions.
