I signed a lease on 12/18/18 in anticipation I would be attending KU this fall. Due to a medical condition, I was unable to return. I have been tryng to sublease my unit but have been unsuccessful. I have reached out to the complex manager numerous times in the past couple of weeks regarding charges I should not be charged for since the unit is empty and will remain empty until I find a tenant. 1. I am being charged $12.95 per month for renters insurance for an empty apartment. The complex manager and indicated she would reverse the 2 fees and halt all future charges but nothing has been done. 2. I am currently being charged a service for utilities which should not be charged to me since the apartment is empty and I have not authorized any utilities to be turned on in the unit. 3. I am being charged a redecoration fee for new construction that I am not living in. I should not be charged this fee since the apartment will be empty for the entire year. I finally subleased the empty apt. and Trinity is delaying my refund. Poor customer service and horrible tenant experience.

The Deacon in Cincinnati has the worst management I've ever experienced I you ever have an issue the manager Andrea is always in a meeting and never responds to anything. They also never helps with any issues you may have even if live threatening, and when you actually talk to her and mention that you have had your life threatened she says "I have been in this industry for 23 years and have had my life threatened multiple times and I'm still here". This company is very unprofessional including upper management which has also been unresponsive with the serious situation that we have dealt with.

Horrific apartment management. I was supposed to move into "The One", an apartment complex in Ann Arbor Michigan owned by Trinitas, in August 2021. I have been delayed three times (and counting), over a month past my original move-in date. For each delay, the staff either waited until only a few days prior to our supposed move-in date to notify us of the issue, or failed to notify us about it at all. This has left over 600 University of Michigan students in various states of homelessness, couch surfing, or being placed in hotels up to 45 minutes away from campus. Furthermore, our promised compensation of $50/day was issued via "virtual gift cards" instead of cash, which makes them practically impossible to use for many everyday purchases. For those students fortunate enough to be able to move in already, I've heard horror stories of shoddily/hastily constructed buildings, bug infestations (probably because they left the doors open during construction), and even nonfunctional plumbing (toilets, especially). From what I understand, this management company essentially consists of a group of rich lawyers and executives who go around exploiting vulnerable college students out of their money by cutting corners anywhere they possibly can to save a dime. Apparently, the CITY of Ann Arbor actually sued to prevent "The One" from ever being constructed and LOST. That should give you an idea of what you're dealing with when you lease with this company.
