Order arrived mangled and packaging was torn. The box for the thermometers I ordered listed "batteries included" and measurement in Celcius. Batteries were not included as the package stated, and you could not switch between measurements although the customer service representative sent me video after video on how to do this but on completely different thermometers. Service was completely useless. Do not recommend this company- DO NOT ORDER!!! Buyer beware.

When I went to the site I was excited that they were offering clear face masks. I looked around a bit and thought this might be a reputable site and it would be safe to order from there. Nothing is farther from the truth. I asked what I thought was a live chat person about the mask. I wanted to know if it was anti fog as I work in health care and would LOVE those I see to see me smile at them. I was told yes it was. I told them how excited I was to receive the mask. Upon receiving it, I put it on and it is FAR from fog proof. I went back to the chat and asked how can I see the reviews for this product as I was wondering what I missed. I asked the chat why I wasn't able to view them. I was given an answer that made no sense and decided to call them. The first person I spoke to (yes, I got a live person) I asked if I may speak to a supervisor.. He stated the supervisor was on another line. I told him I was gonna call the regular line and not the 800 number. He said fine and hung up. I called the regular line to speak to someone else and they told me they couldn't allow me to speak to a supervisor unless I told them him what was wrong. After explaining my issue he told me the description is clear about the mask. I told him I spoke to the chat person and was told that it was anti fog. Then I was told they couldn't find the chat proving that conversation happened. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got the very first person I spoke to who told me the supervisor was on a call. He then tells me he will send me a ticket to return the item and that hasn't happened. HERE'S THE DEAL.. this site is crooked. PERIOD. Their people lie, and the product that I got is VERY VERY cheap. They are dishonest and I think I'm even more angry that I fell for it. I've dealt with this before and wanted to believe I was too smart to fall for this again. It would have been different if this would have been ETSY. I have since ordered from a medical supply co. I think I just got a little excited and wanted to give them a try. If this stops one person from being ripped off then its a good lesson learned, although, no one may ever see this. I will however post on fb and other places... BUYER BEWARE!

This company was quick in sending a proof. I haven't received the product yet so I can't tell you about it. But company has been easy to deal with especially Lulu in customer service.
When placing multiple items on an order, make sure you purchase the items separately. Their system is unable to provide proofs for more than one item. I only had two items on my order and they kept sending me the proof for the first. When I view my order on their website, it indicated that I provided approval for both. I've called multiple times and it seems like the agent understands what I am asking for, but 3 days in, I still can't get the proof for my second item. :(
