Really wish I can leave 0 stars!!! Ive never written a bad review in my entire life but I am forced to do so in this case considering the severity of how horrible this company does business. I reached out to Randy (Im assuming is the owner) telling him what I needed. He informed me that theyll be able to achieve what Im looking for and to send a email in order to receive an invoice immediately. 5 days went by and there was no response. Eventually, I texted and called he kept saying that theyll be emailing me soon. A week had passed and I still have yet to receive an email from him which forced to drive there. Once I arrived no one opened the door and then after staying in the parking lot for an extended period of time someone by the name the Cate came out apologizing for Randys horrible communication. She took my bags telling me that theyll be done by the day I need them and I should receive an email that day. Still, I never received an email. Considering that they should still be ready in time I didnt press it. Then eventually, the day before I need the bags I emailed them asking if my bags will be ready in time. They literally sent a email back THE DAY BEFORE MY EVENT telling me they wouldnt be done in time so Ill need to come pick them up! Very unprofessional, literally the worst company I ever dealt with in my entire life!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! You will have to hunt them down just to be told they cant do what you need. Im almost sure the good comments on here are completely fake! Save your time & energy.

This business looks great and acts great. But I was flaked on after I left work early, drove 1.5 hrs in friday traffic to meet with the owner for a scheduled meeting. I had also sent a 2 page email highlighting what I wanted done with my logo, shirt styles and colors I liked..all before our scheduled meeting. I basically spoon fed my order, was willing to pay for design services, do multiple run orders...but he was a no show. When his staff called him on the phone he said he didn't recall the order/ conversation and mentioned he had to leave, and asked me to email him what I wanted. I politely said that i was willing to work with him after he take the time to review my initial email. I never heard from him. They must be super busy! I get that...but I detest being disregarded and im mad at myself for cutting my pay by leaving work early because i thought this place was cool...oh and ofcourse there was the part about having to endure Friday traffic from Willowbrook to Downtown!
