CAUTION: GVC owner is not an honest businessman. They require a large deposit to order any parts needed for appliance and then dont do the work. I called them daily to see if they received the part ordered and owner doesnt pick up phone and when he did he promises someone will show up and no one shows up and he wont call to let you know. Finally I asked to be refunded my deposit and never got it back. I dont recommend using them for any appliance repairs.

SCAM...RUN! They take your money saying they need it to order a part in advance, the part never shows up and they never give you a refund. This is real. This company is a scam and you should stay away from this company. They ripped me off for hundreds of dollars saying they were ordering a part which never came. When I asked to be refunded, they promised to pay and has not refunded my money.

Gus came out and saved the day. He fixed my refrigerator in no time at all. He also serviced my dishwasher that I was going to replace... Now it works. Thanks for saving me $$$

My refrigerator/freezer stopped working on Sunday so I called LG. service center for assistance. The person I talked to was very nice and arranged for a repair service on Tuesday. Im so sorry I did not get the name of the gentleman that came to the house. He arrived on time , diagnosed the problem and my refrigerator was working within an hour. I would highly recommend this company.
