I am sorry the father was not happy with our services, although our records show that the mother did continue to bring him and he made great progress. We were under the impression that dad was going to pay for half of the cost, per our original agreement. That was what the phone calls were relating to. Sorry if there was any miscommunication.

The tutoring my son received was not helping my child at all. I decided not to take him there anymore and started receiving harassing messages by them. I called to ask to speak to the manager and was told I was talking to the owner. She claims responsibility for the unprofessional texts and starts to yell at me and berating me on how my son needs this. I usually do not write reviews but I found this to be so unprofessional, I felt it was important to warn others.

Two of my children were diagnosed with processing deficits, ADHD and one of them was diagnosed with dyslexia. After interviewing/considering a few options, Connections offered the best options at a fair price. The director works with each family to tailor their learning plans according to each students needs. We have had wonderful results thus far with both of our children. Our child with dyslexia has attended Connections longer and started second grade more confident, more independent and focused than ever before. The director uses the latest cutting edge programs/tools. Many of the centers we looked at could only help our children with one factor of their learning differences. However, Connections has helped with all factors of our childrens learning differences. Im so very grateful we found them because on top of it they making learning fun for the kids.

I teach junior high and high school mathematics and have had more than a few students go to Connections Learning Center. The improvements have been immediate and substantial. I asked them how the changes occurred, and they raved about this place. Everything from the tutors, to the comfortable environment, to the new confidence they felt in their abilities and being at school. As a teacher, I highly recommend Connections Learning Center for any parent with a struggling student. It's heads and tails above just a normal tutoring service, they actually identify the cause and create an individualize plan to help each student!

My 10th grader was earning excellent grades for her classwork and projects, but stumbling when she took exams in her honors math, science, and history classes. Connections Learning Center assessed her cognitive skills, and we discovered that that she has weaknesses with her working memory, processing speed, and auditory processing. I enrolled her in Connections' Brain Boost program last summer to strengthen those weak areas ahead of her junior year in high school. My daughter worked closely with a dedicated tutor and is making great progress. I can't say enough about the services Connections offers, and their depth of understanding. I know that they offer subject-area tutoring, but that wasn't what my daughter needed. The help she has gotten at Connections will serve her through the rest of her academic career and into adulthood.

By far the most helpful test prep tutoring service I've ever attend! The tutoring instructors are top-notch and you would be making a mistake if you didn't include Connections Learning Center as part of your test prep process.
