The company did install a very nice patio. I will not deny it looks great and seems to be built well. But in the install they cracked my slab and didn't clean up their mess. Even after reviewing it for final approval with their project manager. He agreed they needed to come back and clean up. So my yard is left with ribs of little metal cuttings, screws, and flashing just laying around. Not to mention the tons of foam and longer pieces of aluminum that was left. Great patio to bad you have to wear shoes to enjoy it.

Exceptional product but had an awful experience with the sales pitch. Felt like high pressure used car salesman tactics. At one point the factory rep took a phone call to yell at an employee he had recently fired- in the middle of the sales call- UNPROFESSIONAL. Once it was clear that we weren't going to sign a contract today the rep just walked out to the car, leaving the other salesman to try to wrap up. AWKWARD. The High West salesman was lower pressure but I still haven't received any actual quote from them. Overall NOT a pleasant experience.

Been some years now since High West Siding sided our house with steel siding. Our house sits very high on uneven rocky ground and yet they remained diligent and "artistic" with the job. We could not have been happier. Today it shows no sign of wear and oh happy days,.....no more painting.

We originally contacted High West to help us do a partial residing of our house due to hail damage They worked hard to find a match for our old siding but in the end we found out it was discontinued. We decided to reside the entire house, and JR our design/salesperson came up with a fabulous design to bring our dated bi-level house into the 21st century. Everyone who has seen it raves how good it looks! The installation crew were courteous, professional, and paid great attention to detail, down to clean up every night. We are so happy, we give them 10 stars!!

We offer free in home design consultations. Our company policy is to charge a $1000.00 fee to work with the insurance company to expedite the claim process. The $1000.00 fee is credited towards completing the final project.

Wanted a $1000 deposit to prepare the paperwork for siding to the insurance company AND if the insurance company denied the claim, the $1000 was NOT refundable. Are you out of your freaking mind?!? Went with a better siding company that did not require a deposit just for an estimate.
