Jamie, I know it has been some time since we worked with you and you left this review, but I wanted to reassure you if there was a problem we would certainly take care of it. We warranty our our wiring installation for life. We installed a data integration harness that plugs directly into your vehicle and works like factory. As we explained upon installation of your radio, it does not come with steering wheel controls. That is an integration module that has to be added separately. We pride ourselves in providing top-notch custom services, and it's disappointing you felt we did not deliver on that for you or bring it back to us to be sure. Had a Bluetooth radio put it. Wasn't wired right. Then it also messes with my battery. I use to be able to work my radio by the buttons on my steering wheel but not anymore because the thing i have now was not wired in correct. I will not go back to that place

Jacob, I'm sorry that you felt disrespected when trying to schedule an appointment. The $50 you were going to be charged is a booking fee to hold your appointment and goes toward your work being done. We do that to ensure your time is booked and we have everything ready to your install. I know that 8 AM to 5 PM is a long time, but we always want to overestimate how long a job will take rather than leave you wondering when we'll be done. Rude lady working front counter, acted bothered I was even there, interupted me when I was trying to speak. She wanted $50.00 to schedule appointment, first available almost a month out. They wanted me to leave my truck from 8am untill 5pm. I have used this place multiple times in the past for window tinting, they have always done a great job. You lost my buisness today, I guess you have more buisness than needed with customer no service. I set in your parking lot and made a appointment with Sun Rays in Jasper for next week. Took 5 mins, freindly on the phone, listened to what I wanted. Didn't need $50.00. I could wait while it is being done. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PLACE AROUND, ITS WINDOW TINTING NOT BRAIN SURGERY. It takes years to win a customer and only seconds to loose one....

Hi G M. We were trying to find when we worked on your vehicle, can you please verify? Also not sure how a stereo install could blow an air bag, but we have never glued one down. I hate to leave a bad review. Very nice people, but the prices seem a little wild. Sadly, when I got my stereo installed my passenger airbag was popped, they didn't say anything and when I brought it back tried gluing the interior down and I guess that's all they were willing to do. They were far enough away from me, I didn't really keep following up and fight with them about it. I just drove with a disabled passenger airbag for the rest of the life of the car since mechanics I took it to couldn't find an affordable solution. Really pretty terrible outcome. Stereo and backup camera worked great though..! Reply to owner: It was a good few years ago, 5 or 6, but definitely here. Google just asked me to review since I recently came in to do a different car's stereo since there's so few places that do it and was a bit shocked by the price. 3-5x the other quotes I've gotten. Was hard to ignore that previous experience though. The airbag wasn't fully deployed, just the interior for it was stuck popped up and wouldn't go down and the airbag light was on forever after telling me it's non-functional. Installer told me light would turn off eventually and I could drop it off later to get that interior fixed. Airbag was never repaired and when I dropped it off the interior was still bulging out, but now jammed shut, visibly glued in place, a permanent gnarly eyesore and danger to passengers.
