I am greatly disappointed from my last visit to this place. I order garlic parm garlic and a classic margherita pizza. The wings were the most flavorless I have ever eaten, just save your money and get yourself a better meal at any grocery store. The pizza was nothing like the pictures, the dough was more like cracker style, not a neapolitan style at all.

Sorry Olivia. Refunding the wings and Roman. That was Rob. He was a little flustered as we had some tablet orders and he was trying to answer a question his daughter asked. She was the little girl he ran the pizza to before building yours. Hope you give us another shot. Happy Easter!

Dont come here for friendly faces or good tasting pizza. We ordered a large pizza, a a Roman and wings. The large pizza was good, the Roman was tasteless and the wings were super dry. We have tried the other location near Clear Lake but were so disappointed when we visited the Katy area location. There was an older man working, prepping the pizzas, that seemed bothered by our visit. He didnt greet us or have a friendly in the least bit. It wasnt super busy so I dont know what their deal was but we definitely will stay away from this location. They made us feel so unwelcome.

I have been coming to this location in Katy, TX for years now. Tonight I called in the order. I was told the food would be ready go in the oven when I got there. I showed up, paid and then was told they didnt even start making the food. There was no one in line when I arrived, and they werent preparing any food at the time. I was told I got here too quickly. The manager was very rude and short with me. He told me I was wrong. This was a very disappointing experience. I think the franchise owner should be ashamed of this manager. I will think again before coming back here or recommending it. Its a shame that one person can ruin such a good place to eat.
