Horrible service. Very rude staff, especially the front lady. Straight up told us to leave without even apologizing of being short staffed. Not welcoming or willing to help. They maid it seem like we did something wrong by coming in as thier invested customers. The Milpitas location is much better and polite.

Went to Golden Vision with families to get some glasses. We were greeted and helped by Owen. He was very patient and showed us many selections the store has. He explained the different options we can get and what insurance covers. Very nice visit and didn't feel getting upsell. Highly recommended.

I called them to check regarding my vision benefits, and gave them the insurance details. The person on call provided the details about my eligibility for frame and sun-glasses etc.. But when I went there, they checked and said the information which was provided over phone is not correct. This is really unprofessional.
