The employee who told you that we hadn't gone through your clothes made a mistake because she didn't see the note on your bin. I understand that it can be disappointing when we don't purchase items but I would've been more than happy to go through them with you. Every Plato's Closet is unique and looking for different items due to inventory levels.

Seems like this platos closet has a lot of issues if youre trying to sell your clothes. Im not even 100% sure if they went through what I had or not but I had A LOT of clothes and was extremely disappointed to hear that they would be taking NONE OF IT. When I first entered the lady told me they had not gone through my clothes yet but as that was said another lady showed up and assured me she did look at the clothes and provided no further reasoning as to why they wouldnt take any of it. HOWEVER, at another platos closet they were more than willing to take my clothes and give me a few extra bucks for it. I would just go to a different Platos Closet (:
Hi Cierra, you missed one of our fitting rooms. We have 5 of them. More than Boulder and Aurora, but less than Littleton. About the low inventory, I was in the store this morning rearranging to make room for more sweaters and long sleeves. These sections were thin when I left because I just allocated more space to them. We will have about 400 new sweaters and 500 new long sleeves on the racks in the next 24-48 hours. I invite you to come back in and give us another try. There should be some great finds.

If you have the extra time to drive to the Lone Tree location, I would. They are SO MUCH better there. Never coming here again. Low selection, 4 fitting rooms, and it's very sad when location changes the type of customer service you receive.
Great local shop for awesome finds at a great price! Friendly, upbeat staff and the owner is very smart. Love this place and you can make a buck or if you want to get rid of some items in your closet.
Im sorry you had a bad experience with us. Im not sure when you visited the store, but the mystery boxes were supposed to be today, on Saturday (I just doubled checked the FB post to make sure), which might be why they didnt have them. Im sorry the staff wasnt more helpful or informative, though! Thank you for your review.

I went over to get one of the mystery bags, asked for one and they didnt have them up front, I waited over 30 min so someone could come up to me and tell me the bags were up front, no one ever came up to me, I went up to the same girl who helped me I asked if the bags were ready and she replied what bags? such bad customer service.
