Doctor is nice. Front desk is rude so no thank you....
Hi Skylar, Im sorry you had a negative experience. You only came to the store for a couple of minutes, while I was with another patient, without having made an appointment. If you had waited more than a couple minutes, I would have of course examined your eyes for the signs of burn and given you further help. Over the phone, the only advice I could give (and the advice recommended by the American Academy of Opthalmology) was to wash out your eyes.

Last weekend I experienced a Chemical Burn on my right eye which was of course my doing. I was advised by 2 different facilities my PCP & Urgent care that I should follow up with an Eye Specialist and if I can not find one since it is was the weekend I should see my eye doctor in the mean time. There concern was my cornea & said I should get it checked to see if I scratched it & if my vision was affected by the incident & they did not have the equipment to give me the care I needed, Called 8 different Ophthalmologist office all of which were closed so I payed a visit to my eye doctor at good old Nutley Vision Who told me all I could do is rinse my eye with water. Did not check my eye for damages, did not say I should have an antibiotic & did not check to see if my vision was damaged.. Just rinse it Out with WATER.. a CHEMICAL BURN to my eye & her "Professional" advice was to rinse it out with water as if I hadn't already done that 15 seconds after the incident accord. Good thing I was able to return to Urgent care where he gave me antibiotics to make sure I did not get an infection in case I did scratch my cornea & a GREAT thing I found a doctor at Eye Care Center of nj who provided me with the URGENT (his words) care that I needed because she was unable to do so herself. I find it disgusting that was the "care" she could provide to me at that time & I strongly feel that she should rethink her profession If all you're worried about it selling glasses to people then work at Sun glass Hut don't call yourself a "Doctor" if you are ignorant to the care your patient needs in an urgent situation.
Very unprofessional. Was rushed through everything. Got there 15 minutes before my appt. as I had another appt. Dr. was running late with her previous pt. Waited 55 minutes before seen then she rushed the process as she had 2 more patients waiting out there. Went there 2 days before to make the appt and to ask for price. Once I was seen I was charged $190.00 instead of orig price of $150.00. Dr and manager gave all the stupid excused for the charges. Still prescription doesn't seen to be correct as I can not see well. All do to the rushed exam.
