Service Dept. Will downright lie to you. Told to leave vehicle for Diagnostics, and they would update me the next day.....They had my vehicle for 8 days and it never moved from parking spot. When I called to get status of Diagnostic I was told it had not yet been looked at! I told the service manager I was not waiting any longer and would be picking my vehicle up. These crooks charged me $110 for being lied to and waiting for update from them...I have always been loyal to Ford,but Ray Skillman absolutely sucks!!!!

If I could give a negative number for a review I would. Dropped off my car at 7am and was told I would get a call today letting me know something. Never got a call....I called 2 separate times for an update and was told my specialist would have to call me back. Once again never got a call....so I called AGAIN and was told it hasn't even been looked at and that it "might" be looked at tomorrow. I'm a single dad with 1 car. If I had known this morning I would have gone somewhere else. Now I don't have my vehicle to even get to work. 10 hours of having my car and I didn't even get a phone call saying it wasn't looked at today. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Spotted my car from out of state, had great remote support getting documents send for signature and having everything ready when we arrived to pick the car up
