I had such an amazing experience with Lightning Press. My uncle passed away and I was trying to figure out printing a portrait and programs for a small service, and unfortunately the only picture we had that captured his essence was a VERY poor quality one. I emailed Lightning Press and received a response within a couple hours and scheduled to come in the next day. I took my picture to the shop, and Keith printed a test picture free of charge. We discussed what sizing and additional edits could be made to optimize the picture we were working with. Eventually I was able to edit the photo as best as it could be, and the print came out great! I also needed some programs printed, and Keith had a bunch of different cardstock to choose from, and those turned out amazing as well. Keith is super honest, works quickly, was available for last-minute edits, and I was very impressed with the quality. Small businesses like Keiths have been affected by the pandemic, but Keiths priority was to make sure I had what I needed following my uncles passing. It felt nice to know that amidst a tough time for businesses, Lightning Press was there to support people in their community.

Keith is always extremely kind and accommodating, especially when I have tight deadlines I need to meet. The quality of the prints is always excellent; colors come out great, with a wide variety of papers to choose from. The turnaround here is the fastest I've worked with in the bay area, and prices are extremely affordable. Additionally their response rate is very prompt, making it very easy to cooperate with them. Keith really cares about his clients and works very hard to meet your needs. Lightning Press has easily become my go-to local printer! :)

This is my go-to print shop. Run by brothers Keith and Ken, they are super friendly, knowledgeable, and always showing me the latest things their machines can print and cut. Turnaround time is almost always same day for my projects, and during covid life they also do contactless pickup right outside the store. I have been a repeat customer since 2014. I live ~40 minutes away from this shop now, but it is worth it for me to drive down here, past several other print shops that I have tried and not returned, to get my printing done. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!
