Had a holiday family photo shoot scheduled, but an unexpected death in the family had us leaving for Pittsburgh over the weekend. We explained the situation and asked to reschedule or for a refund...whatever she preferred. We were told that if couldn't make it, too bad. Not understanding or flexible at all. Will never go to for photos again.
