I went there for an eye test and paid $75. Never had eyeglasses before so the prescription was very hard to understand. I wanted to order glasses online so called back to understand how to fill out my prescription online. The lady who worked there (maybe the owner) was colossally rude (probably because I didn't buy my lens/fame through them). She was snappy, patronizing, and refused to give straight answers. At one point even told me to talk to my own optometrist. Finally I requested a callback from the guy who did my eye test. She said sure, but it never happened. Horrendous customer service. Please do not waste your money with these bitter and belligerent people.

Great service, large selection of frames, fast and economical repairs. Staff is courteous and friendly. Wonderful experience with my glasses there and I highly recommend them!

Adam and his team are simply the best. Great attention to detail; will work with your insurance and wont accept shoddy work from them. Will go above and beyond without asking. You want that perfection from your optician. This is what makes you come back again & again.
