I purchased some Korkers Ice Cleats. They lasted only a few days before a few of the spikes completely fell out. I reached out to Korkers and they said they would replace them as they were aware of a defect in the product. Almost 30 days later and I have still not received the replacement cleats nor have they even shipped them. I am told that they are overwhelmed with orders/returns etc etc... Stay away from Korkers products. They make subpar products that will not last and are not worth the money.

Bought two pairs from them because I like torture I guessed first pair lasted 3 months. Second pair lasted 2 weeks. Contacted customer service without a receipt. Received a bunch of correspondence about 2nd pair which was being discontinued for defective designs. Offered a pair of boots that were cheaper. I wanted a refund. Wouldnt give it to me. I asked if I went and got a reprint of the receipt, if I could have a refund. Also asked about first pair. Was told they received incomplete warranty info for that. Was told to take my negative rant somewhere else. I spent $440 for boots that lasted 3 months and 2 weeks. Full story on their Facebook page. I saved all of the emails. Buy at your own risk! Bi mart boots last way longer and cost 1/4 of the price. This was theft, pure and simple.

Absolutely love the boots. I already had a fishing partner buy a set and he loves his too. My wife will be getting a set soon also. I did have little size mix up with the carbide studded soles I ordered. Accidents happen so I emailed them. I sent 2 pictures of the soles in an email, they responded in less than 24 hours, and the correct set with a return shipping label was on the way that day. THAT is customer service!!!

Ordered a replacement ratchet lace for my Korkers. They were delivered promptly. The quality of the material was excellent. The directions were very easy to follow. Very satisfied.
