Produce is never fresh always ready to rot or mushy and wilted. It's impossible to get thru. Been trying to call there for three months to see if they carried a certain item and the phone is always off the hook.

The organic produce selection is the freshest and largest in the region! I always check there for the latest plant- based protein and kambucha flavors, and for their in- house deli items like chicken salad and hummus. Plenty of sales -- I look for the tags all over the store -- make it worthwhile for me to do most of my weekly shopping at Bonterra.

Shouldn't even give a 1 star!!!! Horrible customer service! How is this place still in business? I am here every other month for business and have watch this place go down hill over the past 6-8 months! HORRIBLE, OVER PRICED, NO VARIETY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DIRTY, MOLDY PRODUCE! RUN! Where's Trader Joes when you need them?
