I began a process with this company and ended up being dropped and ignored. I was told the first time they "missed" our request. I've called and emailed both and they just don't get back with us. They have our logos and all info they asked for. Poor customer service. ##added after their response. We are a church committee and have had no vested interest in any other companies. This is a fair and honest review. In my opinion, the response is further evidence of the unprofessionalism.

We are sorry that you are disappointed about the 4 shirts that was left out the order because they were out of stock. We tried very hard to get them shipped in with the rest of the order. I informed you of this issue. You received your entire order except of the 4 shirts that was out of stock and I told you that as soon as they come in we would print them and give to them to you free of charge for any inconvenience, but you would rather leave us a bad review instead. Goes to figure.

I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my recent experience. We are an AC company that ordered 739.00 worth of shirts. This tee shirt company knew the exact amount, sizes, and types of shirts. There was no misunderstanding. Everything was in black and white. These people waited unit after we pick up our order to advise us that all of our shirts were not in there because they were out of stock - WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. because if they knew in advance that all of order was not in stock they should have NEVER took our money unit all of our correct order was ready for pick up instead of email us twice saying that our order is ready for pick up. WORST COMPANY EVER and yes we will be putting stop payment on our check.

Update to review: 12/24/19. picked up our blankets on Tuesday and we could not be happier with the workmanship, they look awesome. Everyone loved their customized blankets! Thanks Printnum you have a new customer!! Found this company while driving home with Christmas presents after a last minute idea to customize them. Took a chance went in. Super nice down to earth people, felt like I had know them a long time. Let us take our time with our many changes until we finally decided what we wanted! Cant wait to see the work on our gifts!!!
