We went in April 2022. So many issues. Firstly, we paid for preferred parking up front. But, when we showed up, the preferred lot was full and they said we would need to go to the main desk inside to get a refund. The line for that was at least 30 minutes. The handicapped lot was full also. Even though the park was full, many (Im going to guess half) of the food carts/restaurants were closed. Multiple rides were closed too. Because of that, the lines for everything were 1 hour minimum. Except the train that goes around the park, which we really liked (only reason the rating is 2 and not one). Some of the staff were amazing, but many were impatient, if not rude. I imagine working with angry and hungry patrons all day would do that. I guess what Im saying is I wish they would consider the guest amount per provisions available. Just keep this in mind if you want to go. With our experience, we will never return and wont recommend.
First time there and a disappointment overall. What we did ride we enjoyed but, the app wait times we're not correct at all. Often times the wait times posted at the line were also incorrect and I'm not talking 10 minutes I'm talking 30-40 minutes longer than posted. It's the first part of one and blazing hot limited shade no ice cream except dip and dots which was $10. Food prices were the worst at a park I've ever seen. $5 for a water some places had 2 for $8. It was $23 for a small 3 piece chicken tender and coke. The brisket mac from the giraffe bar was good and worth the price of $13. The giraffe pretzel was more like a bread stick the beer cheese for it was good but it was not worth $10. They don't allow any or drink, you can bring an empty water bottle. The map is a little confusing and easily get turned around lots of dead ends. Only 2 shows were playing. Staff were very nice but a few were begging to go home and goofing around inappropriately. Jose the train conductor was a highlight. I had learned they do pin trading there, and was surprised I was able to trade so many pins. The staff eye balled as if I was trying to pass on fakes. I doubt they even make fakes yet but they inspected them heavily before accepting and got refused a trade because the pin back was slightly bent. The lines to all the rides we rode were very well fanned. We didn't take in any shows as they were few and far between. We used a citypass and glad we did to do other things I would have felt it a rip off to pay full price.
Thee park was Alright, there were extremely Fun rides, Shows. But half of the exhibits + Rides were closed off because of Wild Birds, which is sorta stupid. Also the food tastes like its been sitting out for hours, and I dont believe its freshly baked. So its a okay place for people to visit.
