Came to the store on a Friday afternoon at 3:40 pm. Door locked, someone sitting at the counter, pretending I'm not there, no one answering the phone. I understand only opening 3 days during a pandemic, but if you're going to say you're open till 4 pm then open till 4pm.

First let me say this place has awesome customer service. Went here with my husband to get our family photo framed. Staff assisted us with selecting a beautiful frame and we decided to get the photo redone as well. Took a week to get it all back, so the turn around was pretty quick but once we got the frame home we discovered there was huge chip in the corner. So we return the entire frame and the store apologized and had it all redone. Got the new photo and frame back in another week and brought it home. Only to discover more chips on both the right and left corner. Also the glass which we purchased to not have reflective light and glare issues does. No matter if the light is on or not the glare is horrible. I'm very disappointed because we spent over $500 for the photo and frame. If we return it this will be a second return and at this point I believe the quality of the frame is the issue and no matter how many times we return this frame will always have issues with chipping. I'm sorry to say this store does not have good quality frames. I will have to keep this for now and have it reframed once I return to the mainland.
