I have worked with this system for a bit of time for different hotels and during the day its great! No issues whats so ever. However if youre working overnights or even late evenings thats when it usually crashes and you always get the same response we have everybody we can working on resolving this issue as quick as possible. Which can get a bit overwhelming when you have to do night audit and housekeeping reports. Or if people are coming in late and want to check in. Luckily I always work at hotels that keep immaculate paper trails so if the system crashes I can still take cash and see what rooms I have left. Its a great system, I love it and think its so easy to navigate through it.

Amazing company with an outstanding customer service, been with them for 3 years and must compliment, not once has my call gone unanswered. It's like a 24/7 service.The patience level of the entire team is just awesome, they get back to you immediately and if need be, walk you through. Software is great and compatible, the upkeep of the system is fantastic. Actually am short of words to express my satisfaction for ASI. Keep it up guys :))
