I would love to come on here and leave a five-star review, but beyond the ordering process with First Pass, the apparel leaves a lot to be desired, which is something a client never wants to tell a vendor. That's so disappointing for someone who really wants to support locally owned and operated businesses. The quality of the end product does not match the statement on their website "We vow to only print quality apparel with your comfort in mind." Multiple pieces I've gotten printed have started to crack or disappear after the first wash, despite following instructions to wash inside out on cold. When I'm paying hard earned money for a custom product, I just expect more, and I feel like the Google reviews up to this point are a bit deceiving for the products I've received. I really hope First Pass can live up to their quality standards on all future orders, especially coming from someone who has regretfully recommended them to friends.
We are sorry you feel that way. We handle alot of satisfied Dropship Clients who find our service is 2nd to none. But we can not make everyone feel that way. We strive to give the best quality and customer service as we can. With Disruptions in shipping from Covid-19 and cotton shortages due to face mask manufacturing we can not help the effects of what those things do to our industry. As far as your comments we treat everyone the same from all backgrounds be it race or religion. We see people for who they are on the inside and their character. We are a Minority owned business who employ women and men from all walks of life. To disrespect anyone is not who we are.

I do not recommend this company. They approached me to do drop ship. Sent me a really nice sample and we negotiated, for me, a great price. They made a few mistakes and had a few miscommunications in the beginning that they corrected. They said they have a 7-10 business day turnaround time. It took almost a month for them to get my orders out. I gave them approximately 60 orders with about 70 or so items. During week two, they lied to me on a Wednesday and said all my orders were packaged and ready to go out. Went as far as to say, the only way they wouldn't go out was if the carriers couldn't carry them out. After seeing, only about five packages were sent out between that Wednesday and Friday, I called and was told my orders were stacked up "to be printed". But on Wednesday, everything was done. What was the purpose of lying? After they didn't deliver what they promised, never apologized (or gave a reason other than being behind a few days) and lied to me, they have the nerve to have an attitude with me using a lot of "!" in their most recent emails to yell at me and said their business is terminated with me. That was determined when it took a month to get my orders out. I paid in advance and required them to deliver what they promised. They did not deliver what they promised and disrespected me.

Had a custom birthday shirt made for my niece. Wonderful product, fast turn around time. Will definitely be using them for more orders in the future.
First Pass Apparel's customer service and support... top notch!! They were very attentive and accommodating to my needs, not to mention phenomenal turn around time. I ordered customized shirts for a girls trip and they turned out even better than expected. The quality of the long sleeve shirts were so nice, in a beautiful color, but most of all they were SO SOFT. Can't wait to place another order. Thanks guys!
