I picked up a used 2015 Accord 2 days ago, and last night when I got out of work it wouldnt start, after pressing the start button 4 times it finally kicked over. Even though the car passed inspection and everything was checked out by them in the service department I guess starters arent important, I did call the dealer today and asked them if I can just return the car and see if we can work something out (take the car back since I put $0 down it's not like they would have to refund me anything especially after 2 days) and they just said No. It's alright luckily NY is a Title-holding state which means any financed vehicle New or Used you still receive the title to the vehicle even when you owe $ on it. It's kind of disappointing because if they would have just taken the vehicle back and worked with me I would have just ordered a brand new vehicle from them anyway and they would have made more $ but it's alright ill go somewhere else.

Had a very nice experience with Shantall, extremely professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend working with her on your next car purchase, you can see how much she loves her work and her clients! Martindale helped with all our finance needs and he did everything he could although we came in with a tough situation and bad credit haha, they both worked together to ensure we got the best deal and offer. I paid 1400$ when I visited here for NY state inspection. They charged me 600$ for removing tinting of 4 windows though my car had only 2 windows tinting. I didn't know I was cheated atm, but my friend told me it is only for 60$ per window at most. They ripped off me and they buy your review for 25$. Updated =================================== They call it a "miscommunication". Lets see if people think it is a miscommunication or "rip-off".
