The technicians that came out for Windstream were excellent very professional. That's more than I can say for the service provider Windstream I'm a business owner and it took 5 days for them to get my internet back up. To me paying commercial rates this is unacceptable!

Overall great experience from sales to install. Melindas was so helpful and explained everything from the sales side and her follow up was amazing! Charles the technician was professional and kind. He made sure everything worked, including all my apps. Couldnt ask for a better install. I would recommend this team 100%.
