Really disappointed with customer service. Will take your custom but as soon as there is a warranty claim you are accused of 'mistreating' the broken zip on the school bag and told that the school bag has obviously had a hard life! Moreover the requested warranty claim would not be accepted by the manufacturer for those reasons! The school bag has been in and out of a car boot and on a child's back, its never been 'abused'. Laughed at me when i said it was disappointing as I have previously been happy with purchases from this business, mind you there is nowhere else to get the school uniform from. Also accused me of having said bag for longer than 3 years (the warranty period) i bought the bag when my son started school lady, not 12 months before!

Despite clear instructions that were taken down, the colour of embroidery was incorrect and the worst part was, it was done on the wrong side which ruined the item. Not pleased.
