The decals are the same size whether you order a youth size or an XXL. The decal covers the entire youth shirt and looks ridiculous. Item does not match item look on my receipt!

I accidentally had an order shipped to my home, which was $10, instead of having it shipped to my sons school for free. I emailed them an asked if they could help. They got back to me within 5 minutes and refunded my money.

The sweatshirt I received in my 9 year old's usual Under Armour size (youth medium) was way too small. I drove an hour to the store to show them the size difference and was told it was because it was a different "style." My daughter wears UA sweatshirts almost daily and this is the first one ever to be this tiny. I was also told by the manager that they have never had any sizing issues reported. That was a lie, simply scroll down to see similar sizing complaints. Even when I resigned myself to buying my daughter a new sweatshirt in a bigger size from this company, they were unwilling to have it shipped to me at no cost - couldn't even offer that measly $10 to appease me. As a business owner myself, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
