I originally had high hopes for getting work done from a local fellow business owner. I presented my project to Nathan (1 of the owners) in early September 2017 at which time he was quick to tell me that my request for a vinyl decal was a "no brainer" for he and his business partner. Nathan wrote my name and number on a scratch pad and said give him 5 to 7 days to get a "proof" of my decal drawn up for my approval. Once I signed off on the "proof" it would a few days for completion. After waiting for Nathan's phone call for about 2-1/2 weeks, I decided to call him. Nathan told me that he had a huge homecoming job that was way more intense than he had originally planned. He told me I was next on the list. After waiting another 2 or more weeks with no response from Nathan, I decided to pay a visit to the business. When I stopped by the business (November 7th), I was greeted by Nathan's business partner Andrew. I explained my project to Andrew and he had no idea what I was talking about and futhermore had no intentions of even looking up from his phone to acknowledge my presence! Absolute piss poor customer service or business acumen. I would not have these 2 clowns do anything that requires any deadline or sophistication. I have SUCCESSFULLY ran multiple businesses for 25 plus years and I have NEVER once treated a customer's job like these guys did. I will be sure to spread this news to all of the local businesses that I deal with so they don't get the same treatment that I received.
