I've lived in Las Vegas for 17 years, and have been to 5 different dealerships (4 different automakers), and this place is BY FAR the worst. From the moment you watch people who arrived after you get helped ahead of you because they got lucky and picked the other lane. Over my 2 visits to handle one problem, service staff ordered the wrong part, quoted different prices, had to be chased down (by phone) after the quoted 6-hour "maximum" repair time only to find my truck still has hours to go, billing lies and errors, and on and on. I took a gamble to get a repair and a recall done here, and will never set foot in here again unless they actually screwed up the repair and need it done again. (I somehow think that's likely)
Awful! I brought my Mustang GT in for routine service. Their mechanic took it for a test drive and got into an accident damaging the entire side! Even worse, they refused any help at all! They would not repair the damage they caused and told me I was in my own to pay for the repairs myself!
Recall work was completed fairly quickly though I was told on the phone a loaner would be available for my use. Upon arriving I was then told I didn't qualify because I didn't purchase my vehicle from their specific dealership.
Pop's car had a recall so we made an appointment and brought the car in. Wow, only took them 15 minutes to fix the problem. Too bad it took them 4 hrs to from the appointment time to actual time they they looked at it. If it wasn't for the free snacks and clean restrooms they would have only gotten one star
