Terrible experience. I went in there to simply get new inner tubes and see if they would put them on. I was not informed that they would charge you $10 a wheel for "labor" so the total came out to a whopping $37.52! Not only was I blindsided but the owner was extremely creepy and weird when talking too. I would at all cost avoid this place. He knew all along what he was doing and decided to pull a fast one instead of simply telling me ahead of time. Any person can fill up a tire and install it.... I just don't own a bike pump but could've and should've gone to QT for free air. If you want passive aggressive arrogance this is Definitely your store. Ugh I feel cheated and disrespected. The attitude in there was so thick you need a mask to protect yourself from them. I was actually considering even buying a bike from these clowns too. But pennywise, dollar foolish on their behalf. Now you have been warned of their ways and I highly suggest going elsewhere for better service and deals.

Useless, 5 to 6 guys not willing to look up your stuff. They don't even knew about tire sizes. The mechanic with a terrible attitude. Nobody looked like they wanted your business. Visited the West Chesterfield store. Close the store if you don't want to be there to take care of people

Kevin (the triathlete) helped me find my first bike today and it was all-around great experience. I came in with a lot of questions and he was patient and exceptionally helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted. If you're in the market for a bike, definitely check this place out!

I had a horrible experience. They treated me as if they didn't want to give me service. And being a black man in the time that we're living in, I was very uncomfortable. I took my same bike to Momentum in St. Peters a recieved great service. The price went down over $200. And parts that I was told by Big Shark that needed to be changed. at Momentum they said there was no need. I will never do business with Big Shark again.
