I apologize that your appliances are taking a long time. The supply chain is disrupted at an unprecedented state. Our company policy is to always open brand new appliances at the customer's home so that it is clear that the products are brand new. It is definitely not your fault that the appliance had damage, and we would have no way of knowing that either. We will do our best to get you your range as fast as we can.

Absolutely do not go here. Terrible customer service. They over promise you their delivery dates to get the sale and then consistently delay the dates after you've purchased. They'll lie to you and say "there's an extra one in the back" and then claim they can't get it anymore. Four months later our appliances were then delivered damaged and then we were told we go "to the back of the line" because Friedmans cannot control the fact appliances are damaged. We ordered them in July and now we won't receive our range until January to March time-frame. The manager, Fernando, said it is because they "attempted to deliver them and its not Friedman's fault they were damaged." Well it's not my fault they're damaged either. It's not my fault Friedmans has no quality control. Its not my fault Friedmans doesn't inspect their merchandise before they attempt to deliver it and they wasted my time. It is my fault for shopping at this store though. Absolutely take your business elsewhere. Crooks and frauds. One more thing -- to top it off terrible installation service when they threatened to take back our dishwasher and refused to install our hood because one piece of the order was damaged. Imagine paying for every single kitchen appliance and then delivery crew telling you you're taking them all back (After you've paid in full) because one item was broken. Do not give these clowns your business.
