I was traveling, 10 hours away from home. I needed a rim so they said they would order and it would be in by 3:00 the next day. I made arrangements for someone else to put it on after 3:00. Well their roof caved in, which is understandable it interfered with business. But still, I could not get anyone on the phone so I emailed and someone texted me back. I told them I really need that Rim so I can get back home to work. They said someone was there to get the deliveries and they would call me. No one called so I went up there and at 4;30 it still was not there, could not get anyone on the phone, nor email nor text. Even the guy there cleaning up tried to get them and couldnt. I wanted my money back so I could get a rim somewhere else and get home. They could at lease have someone answering the phone or emails or text. Theres no reason for the communication to be stopped. I ended up calling my bank and disputed the charge and they credited me back and will deal with this company! Thank God for Wells Fargo!!!
Save your time and money. Charles and Joe in the front are the only ones actually working. The owners dont even know which parts go in which cars. So they give you the wrong part and and keep your money. Even after I returned the wrong part back to them. They offered a store credit but that doesnt help unless they have the right car. Long story short buyer beware!
