Zero results in over 6 months signing on with Russo. She lies about her clients and the time frame for results I have no clue how she has been in business so long and a completely incompetent staff in the space of weeks I was introduces to an entirely new team

Bella PR is possibly the worst agency! Not only does the Owner Marla Russo treats her employees horribly, she acts in a super childish manner creating a displeasing high school environment. We were never paid on time and always provided the clients with unrealistic goals and promises just to collect $$$. As a small business owner Russo understands nothing about small business or the evolution of PR strategy in general.
