Messed up the carpet they supplied about a month ago. Have called probably 7 or 8 times before someone actually spoke to me instead of saying theyll ring me back which they never did. Got a date theyll come out. On the day I got a call saying fitter had a family emergency and couldnt come out and theyll come tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and the fitter himself rings me and his said his van is still playing up and that was the reason he couldnt come yesterday as well. Its been 3 days since and I rang them and all I got was I know nothing about this Ill get someone to ring you back Awful customer service. They make a mistake and havent bothered rectifying in a month. This is a childs room and they have left underlay and gripper sticking out for a month. Useless store manager.

The store sales person sold us adhesive for our bedroom lyno. This is because it requires fixing all over. However after it had been installed we hovered and the lyno lifted, after phoning the store they admitted to only using glue around the edges. This seems like a ploy to inflate the cost of the flooring. They did however refund after asking (shouldn't have to ask)
