I am a person like so many that look at reviews before going to a new practice and after reading how so many people had the same experiences at Greenspan I know this isn't the place for my family..... Maybe Greenspan may want to either clean house or talk to the women in the office that are ruining business..... Good luck but I am going elsewhere
The doctors here are great but the front desk staff is rude and dismissive. They need some training in customer service. Their attitude and tone of voice is always condescending. The tech that fits you for your glasses has to be the worst person I've seen doing this job. She has messed up my daughters repairs twice and blames us for her mistakes. If there was another Dr in the area that took our insurance I would go there instead.
Thank you Dr. Kathrine Holmberg for a well fitted glasses. She clearly explained the procedures and results. Her kind attention is suitable for my energetic young son. I can tell the difference between a big box/franchise optometrist and an independent/private practice for Dr. Holmbergs office is well run by a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Just got my new glasses from my visit with Dr. Holmberg and I could not be happier! Their selection for men's styles was impressive and I was surprised to find a pair that I loved! They are open till 7pm and scheduling an appointment for when I got off work was super convenient. They follow social distancing procedures and the office was really clean. I felt comfortable the entire time. The friendly staff was more than attentive to my every need. FIVE STARS for excellent service and patient care!
The receptionist are very nasty jenni, Deborah, and Carol from billing are not friendly towards humans outside there race and they show it. the doctors who work there needs to fire them because they are the ones who would keep their business to go down . They give you the wrong information when try to get set up to get a new pair of glasses. They don't listen to what you have to say and they are quick to say the doctor not in on the phone but when you pop up there he or she is there. So in other words it's a bad place to go to for eye glasses. It didn't use to be that way shocking to find out over the years how they change the way they use to care for customers.
