I buy products at this store quite regularly and the staff are usually extremely helpful. I guess on the basis I'm a regular BB client I received a birthday promo inviting me to call into my local store to choose a complimentary lipstick. Today I dropped in. The store assistant was extremely unhelpful. I asked if she could suggest what shades were in the new season range and what might suit me. After a pause, in which she looked like she'd been asked to clean the store window, the reply was ' I could suggest a red but you might nor wear red. These are the new Matt range' and wafts hand in general direction. Silence. I was actually quite taken aback as it was so unlike my usual experience in the store. l actually left without redeeming my gift. The aim of such promos is to get the client in the store and to eventually sell on other products. I am a marketing lecturer at the university and teach customer experience. I may have bought a lip liner. I need a new mascara before long. The young lady was not at all helpful and did not do her job. She behaved like I had disturbed the chat she had been having with her colleague. There was no one else in the store when I walked in. Bad show Bobby Brown Bath.
I am sorry to say, I will not back there. I am proffesional make up Stylist and love BB, but i rather stop buting products than go back there. The way how stuff welcome you in The store is beyond anything do you want to buy it today.?! (On my question can they match The colour.) and it sound like , if not dont bother me and dont waste my time. I am honest person but this is just rude customer service!
Amazing customer service - miles from home, half an hour to get ready for a hen doo and realised I'd left a vital bit of kit at home - ie best concealer on the market - they were out of stock but gave me a small free sample. Enough to get me through all the photos being taken tonight. What wonderful customer service!
Bobbi Brown stuff is excellent. But this is possibly their worst store -- there were 4 people working in the shop and three of them were profoundly unhelpful, even rude. So much so that I decided to buy my usual Bobbi Browne sunblock from another store.
