When we moved in the first day we walked in there was roaches everywhere. Are toilet had hair on it from previous owners are sinks had roaches crawling out of them it was disgusting they was also cigarette buds in the window seals and the a.c. went out one day and the maintenance guy came and took out the filter it was black disgusting!

Only problem I had was that I couldn't see the apartment before I moved in and we were not told we had to pay rent on the 1st after the $1000 deposit. "Jonathan" in the front office asked me "if I wanted to see the walls in my apartment"? Smh he didn't even say it was policy that I couldn't see the apartment until I showed up in person. Nick was great ! He helped with ALL my problems I had and even APOLOGIZED! Thank you Nick I hope he gets promoted soon .

The resort style pools would be a lot better if the general public didn't use them as a public pool. You can never get a grill or in the hot tubs because you have scrubs from all over breaking in and using the pool area. So much for a "gated community". There are also people who walk their dogs without leashes and dog feces everywhere.
